The Vihtavuori Load Map (which can be downloaded on our Varmint Loads page) lists the following MAX loads:
90gr Scenar Moly
32.7 N140 3018 fps
33.9 N540 3064 fps
105 Naked Scenar
28.4 N140 2641 fps
29.8 N540 2717 fps
105 Scenar Moly
31.6 N150 2753 fps
32.2 N540 2818 fps
We can't confirm Lapua is using Vihta N540, but the N540 velocity numbers above are very close to those listed by Lapua for their Factory-Loaded Ammunition.
