if you plan to go with Norma brass and Berger bullet my personnal choice ( not perhaps the best but .; )

reamer specs wil be :

0.4702 base ( usual is 0.471 CIP that broad and doesn t help to keep primer pocket tight )
0.085 lead to help to leave donut aera , you can go up to 0.1 .
0.469 neck to allow very ligh neck turning and remove all high spot and get average 3/4 of circular aera of clean neck after neck turning WITHOUT get a too thin neck wall ( fragible neck )

Dave Kiff can easy make one as it

and order a GO gauge 0.002 smaller than the regular GO gauge and use regular GO gauge as NO GO by this way you keep th ecase is "small room " and reduce brass flow / moove

all VLD bullets seem like light engraving to deliver best accuracy , light engraving is groove mark on moly and nor "heavy groove mark " because more you are engraved
more you pain to unload the rifle in case of emergency/missfire without spred powder in th eaction
more you are able to create very high pressure

good shooting
