Ackley,
Check out this page: Millenium action and stock
It shows some large photos we got straight from the action-makers in New Zealand. The Millenium is very nicely machined, and offers fast lock-time and a short-throw bolt. One unique feature is the optional "Flexi-bed" v-block system that uses polymer inserts. The concept is to reduce vibration and provide better damping on recoil. Some people think that's a good idea. Others believe is is better to bed the action conventionally into your stock. Price is $1,125 (or $1300 with bedding block) in the USA, and that includes a very good trigger. The the action is sold exclusively by Sinclair International: http://www.sinclairintl.com/millennium.html

for the price better to use RPA , Quadlite are very well priced in the USA , rem trigger can be use , recever is stiff enought to get very good accuracy
Millenium is a nearly clone of the RPA Quadlock without nothing amazing real improvement and spare part sare probaly less easy to get than RPA
Flexy bed is an idea but that doesn t give you 50% off the group size and for th eprice that perhaps better to put money in brass and powder to shoot
Important thing : creafully check feeding with 6 BR cartridge even if the Millenium is no race lug cut up and down to save a bit of center line height , that stay a big bolt diameter action , in Qualite feeding is perfect
as custom action I will go with RPA Quadlite , Viper action , or a Barnard witch are far easy to open than a RPA/Millenium ( a more Millenium with very strong spring washer )
good shooting
