reaming = chambering
chambering job need mecanical skill and very good shape machinery ( Lathe ) first
If you want to learn on the subject there is a very good book on the subject that that book of John Hinnat "the complete illustrated guide to precision rifle barrel fitting " availbale from Brownell's and Dave Manson reamer ( a good source of good reamer )
dont forget to practice first , training on low cost barrel ( from midaway or gun parts ) is the way to follow to don t be very disappointed to have spend $$$$ to get nothing
