I don t know , on varmintshunters perhaps some thread , 22 BR ( Lapua body ) is a good cartridge but as all the .224 cal depend what range of bullet you use
you can class 22 BR in three big family
tight neck with 52/53 gr BR bullet for match use
regular neck with 52/53 gr BR bullet or varmint bullet for varmint use
both use 1 in 14 pitch barrel
and heavy bullet 22 bR up to 90 gr JLK with very slow pitch barrel
22 BR is a very efficient small case and no far from 22.250 with a better barrel life

I shot a 22BR before I got my first 6BRback in the 70's..the bbl. was a 14" twist Hart and I shot Berger 52gr bullets with 30.5 gr of GI or 30gr of Aussie-322 and shot a course record at Fairchance that stood several yrs. (.135" ten shots at 100yds.) This gun was a 12.5 lb HV bag gun ,,not a rail..Roger
