Auction item: Up for auction is One (1) new, complete Viper OR Cobra action (to be selected by high bidder). Retail Value is $950.00. The action includes SPF Rings and Triggerguard. It is available in Right or Left Bolt, Right or Left Port, and with or without Drop-Port. Drop-Port is available only with PPC and 6BR family of cases. High Bidder must take delivery via an FFL holder. (Most Viper and Cobra models are in stock. If, however, the preferred model is not in inventory, the action will be built in a standard run of actions with a delivery date to be determined.)

AUCTION RULES:

1. All Bids are binding, final and cannot be retracted.

2. Minimum Bid is US $550.00. This does not include shipping, insurance, and applicable fees and taxes. All relevant state and Federal Laws apply.

3. Submit Bids, via Email, to Mailbox@6mmBR.com. Prior to close of auction, this site may choose to disclose the current active bid history.

4. MANDATORY: Include your name, postal address, and telephone number with all bids. You cannot win the auction unless this information is provided!

5. Auction closes on December 22, 2005, midnight Eastern Time. However, this site retains the right to complete the auction earlier, by selling to the then-current highest bidder. A bidder may submit multiple bids. However, ONLY that bidder's highest bid (whenever submitted) will be considered.

5. FFL is required to accept action. All state and Federal laws apply.

6. The winning bidder shall make payment in full to Stiller's Precision Firearms (SPF), by cash, check or money order, within 10 days of close of auction. SPF is a federally licensed manufacturer and is the actual vendor of the action.

7. Shipping, insurance, and applicable taxes, if any, are extra, and are the responsibility of the high bidder.

8. In the event the high bidder fails to perform, the next highest bidder will be allowed to purchase the action, provided his/her bid exceeds the $550.00 minimum.

9. If more than one party has submitted the exact same high bid, the bid received first shall take precedence. Bid timing will be based on date and time of email delivery.

10. This is an auction for an action ONLY, and only one action. This does NOT include stock, barrel, trigger, or any other gun components, other than the complete action, plus rings and triggerguard.
